Elisa Education Foundation will present a prize of $500 to the person(s) that make the most cost-effective and efficient ventilator for artificial respiration that can be used for emergencies during this pandemic, and that could be needed and in some cases be in need of life or death.

This call is open until April 10, 2020, and is exclusively for Bolivia, and all materials must be possible to obtain in the country.
